Georgios Maragos Στις 30/11/11 συνεδρίασε το ΔΣ του ΔΣΑ και μεταξύ των θεμάτων της ημερησίας διάταξης, που είχε διαμορφώσει ο πρόεδρος,περιελαμβάνετο η Ανέγερση του κτιρίου επί της οδού Μαυρομιχάλη.
Επιθυμία του είναι η λήψη απόφασης για να επενδυθούν τα αποθεματικά του συλλόγου μας στην ανέγερση κτιρίου,χωρίς να αναφέρει το ποσό των αποθεματικών.
Δεν έχει ανατεθεί αντίστοιχη μελέτη σκοπιμότητας ούτε ξέρουμε για τι είδους κτίριο μιλάμε.
ΤΑ ΧΡΗΜΑΤΑ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΤΩΝ ΔΙΚΗΓΟΡΩΝ και κανείς δεν δικαιούται να τα χρησιμοποιήσει με μια απόφαση του ΔΣ.
Η θέση μας είναι ΔΙΑΦΑΝΕΙΑ- ΕΝΤΙΜΟΤΗΤΑ και έργο για τους συναδέλφους.
Η ανάγκη αξιοποίησης του χώρου δίπλα στα δικαστήρια της Ευελπίδων για δημιουργία παιδικού σταθμού για τις μητέρες δικηγόρους την εποχή της κρίσης είναι έργο που θα ανακουφίσει οικογένειες συναδέλφων.
Αρνούμαστε την οιαδήποτε συμμετοχή μας στη πρόταση του προέδρου.
Ποιός φοβάται τη Γ.Σ του συλλόγου και γιατί δεν θέτουν ΦΑΝΕΡΑ το οποιοδήποτε σχέδιο ;
