Julgamento da Ficha Limpa é interrompido por novo pedido de vista
Durou pouco tempo a continuação do julgamento da Ficha LimpaEntenda o assunto Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) nesta quinta-feira (1º). O motivo foi um pedido de vista do ministro Dias Toffoli. Iniciado em 9 de novembro, o julgamento já havia sido interrompido por pedido de vista do ministro Joaquim Barbosa, que concluiu a apresentação de seu voto, a favor da constitucionalidade da lei, nesta quinta.
A Lei da Ficha Limpa alterou a Lei de Inelegibilidades (Lei Complementar 64/1990) para prever novas hipóteses e prazos de impedimento ao registro de candidatos a cargos eletivos.
O julgamento das Ações Declaratórias de Constitucionalidade (ADCs) 29 e 30 e da Ação Direta de Inconstitucionalidade (ADI) 4578 começou no dia 9 com o voto do relator das ações, ministro Luiz Fux, que se manifestou pela constitucionalidade da lei, com ressalvas a dois pontos específicos.
Ele defendeu a restrição da inelegibilidade em casos de renúncia e fez ressalvas à contagem do prazo em condenações criminais. No entanto, na continuação do julgamento nesta quinta, Fux retificou seu voto, defendendo que a regra para casos de renúncia permaneça na forma atual.
